DESCRIPTION:Grand Round sessions provide medical students with the opportunity to present real, anonymised cases in a structured format, supported by Clinical Teaching Fellows.\nEach session follows a simple flow: a student-led case presentation (including history, examination, investigations, and differential diagnosis) and an evidence-based discussion using NICE/Trust guidelines.\nThe aim is to develop students’ presentation skills, link cases to current guidelines, and encourage interactive learning, while CTFs oversee organisation, mentor students in preparation, and ensure professional delivery.\n
